Refund Policy

All products sold by Numeral Bond are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be returned and are accessible instantly, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Not using the product

  • Incompatibility with your software or device

  • Misunderstanding of the product description

  • Downloading issues caused by your device, settings, or internet connection

A digital product is considered delivered once download access has been provided.

Exceptions (Where Required by Law)

We will provide a remedy only where required by applicable law, such as if:

  • The digital product is defective,

  • The content does not match its description, or

  • Access to the product was never delivered due to an error on our side.

These situations will be assessed case-by-case in accordance with local consumer laws.

Duplicate or Billing Errors

If you believe you were mistakenly charged more than once, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Revocation of access to all purchased products

  • Termination of your account

  • Reporting to payment processors or legal authorities

We contest all fraudulent chargebacks.
